Fabbrica offers men’s T-shirts and polo shirts. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but slight variations in color and design may occur due to photographic lighting or screen settings.

 

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our official Facebook page.
  • All prices listed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be made through the available payment options, including but not limited to mobile banking and cash on delivery (COD). All payments must be cleared before dispatching the order.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Fabbrica offers delivery within Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
  • Shipping charges will apply based on the location and size of the order.

 

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Fabbrica allows returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service through the Facebook page with your order details.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

 

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued if the returned product meets our return conditions.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
